Context

Implement this MVP work package under M4 - Catalog Core, following the managed-storage decision in #1.

Acceptance criteria

Provide validated PHP routes/services and forms for titles and associated files.
Allow adding/removing associations and grouping multipart models; retain files on disassociation.
Handle validation and concurrent edits; mutations require CSRF protection.
Test several STL parts, image and document in one model; added_at stays stable.
