Context

Implement this MVP work package under M5 - Metadata Management, following the managed-storage decision in #1.

Acceptance criteria

Display Date added separately from file modified time and size; no ambiguous creation date label.
Document timezone handling and unknown states for unavailable timestamps.
Verify rescan, edits and replacement do not change model added_at.
