Context

Implement this MVP work package under M6 - Search & Browse UI, following the managed-storage decision in #1.

Acceptance criteria

  • Build responsive PHP-rendered Tailwind navigation, forms and status components with accessible keyboard/focus and error states.
  • Provide import source selection from configured mounts, destination selection, scan preview and explicit copy confirmation.
  • Preview grouping into models and association of supplementary files before queueing imports; show required space.
  • Poll Importing X of Y and show completion/failure links; recover view after page reload.
  • Test empty library and partial import; Node is asset tooling only, runtime mesh processing deferred.
