Context

Implement this MVP work package under M5 - Metadata Management, following the managed-storage decision in #1.

Acceptance criteria

Allow adding, editing and clearing optional source URL.
Accept only HTTP/HTTPS URLs, escape link attributes and never fetch automatically.
Test malformed URLs, unsafe schemes and safe external-link behavior.
