Context

Implement this MVP work package under M6 - Search & Browse UI, following the managed-storage decision in #1.

Acceptance criteria

Display actual managed folder hierarchy with breadcrumbs and children; expose folder create/rename/move controls.
Reflect uncataloged entries and external changes through reconciliation rather than inventing virtual folders.
Test deep nesting, empty folders, permission errors and preserved uncataloged files.
