Context

Implement this MVP work package under M7 - File Lifecycle & Health, following the managed-storage decision in #1.

Acceptance criteria

Show per-job failed source paths and actionable reasons, with counts and final outcome.
Retry selected failed items without recopying successful ones; preserve prior attempt history and revalidate source/space.
Keep duplicates separate from failures and link their review workflow.
Test mixed success/failure, unreadable sources, retry recovery and page reload.
