Context

Implement this MVP work package under M6 - Search & Browse UI, following the managed-storage decision in #1.

Acceptance criteria

Provide paginated grid/list with title, thumbnail, date added and lifecycle badges.
Define stable sorting and page-size limits; avoid loading full library or per-row query explosions.
Test empty results, thumbnail fallback, responsive layout and stable pagination.
