Context

Implement this MVP work package under M6 - Search & Browse UI, following the managed-storage decision in #1.

Acceptance criteria

Implement parameterized case-insensitive model-name search with bounded pagination and stable sort.
Define substring behavior and query length limits; preserve folder/filter state.
Test special characters, injection attempts, Unicode and no results; inspect query plan against representative seeded data.
