Backs progress reporting and per-file failure reporting required by the spec.

Scope

  • Job: source path, target folder, state, total file count, processed count, byte totals, timestamps
  • Item: owning job, source path, state (pending, copied, failed, awaiting_duplicate_decision, skipped_duplicate), failure reason, resulting file reference
  • Indexes supporting progress queries and failure listings

Acceptance criteria

  • "Importing X of Y" answerable from the job row alone
  • Every failed file retains a human-readable reason
  • Duplicate skips require explicit user choice and remain distinguishable from failures

  • Store grouping manifest, attempt history, duplicate relationships and recoverable worker claims; never auto-skip duplicates.

Acceptance reconciliation at c1ef2ee: keeping open. Job counters and claims exist. Confirmed immutable manifest, attempt history, resulting-file references and explicit duplicate decisions/relationships remain incomplete. This is a source/test review, not a newly executed crash or restore experiment. Fresh Windows suite: 291 tests, 1801 assertions, 22 skips; lint passes. PostgreSQL fixture success does not waive these feature criteria.
