Context

Implement this MVP work package under M4 - Catalog Core, following the managed-storage decision in #1.

Acceptance criteria

Confirmation states database-only removal; delete model-owned metadata and associations transactionally.
Retain meshes, supplementary files and uploaded images on disk; physical deletion is outside MVP.
Keep folder view honest about uncataloged files and permit later re-import.
Test byte-for-byte retention and rollback on database failure.
