MVP supports uploaded thumbnails only; generation is a future feature.

Scope

  • Owning model reference
  • Stored path, MIME type, byte size
  • Flag identifying the primary thumbnail for a model

Acceptance criteria

  • A model supports multiple images with exactly one primary when images exist; zero thumbnails is valid
  • Storage layout keeps thumbnails separate from mesh files

Acceptance reconciliation at c1ef2ee: keeping open. Thumbnail rows exist but exactly-one-primary invariant and separate storage acceptance are missing. This is a source/test review, not a newly executed crash or restore experiment. Fresh Windows suite: 291 tests, 1801 assertions, 22 skips; lint passes. PostgreSQL fixture success does not waive these feature criteria.
